cabjl's Complete Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

cabjl ("we", "our", "platform") is an online entertainment and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms define your legal relationship with the platform. "User" refers to any person who is registered on cabjl or accesses the platform.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply equally to website use, account management, financial transactions, game participation, and any promotional offers. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are also considered an integral part of these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Account Creation

Each user may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts and collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

3.2 Login Credential Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. cabjl will not be held responsible for losses caused by third parties.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

cabjl's welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25x (based on the bonus amount).

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000. Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn after wagering ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000. Similarly, depositing ৳18,000 gives a bonus of ৳8,000 (maximum), making a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• If a bonus is claimed through multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled.
• Bonus offers are valid for a limited time — expired bonuses will be considered void.
• cabjl reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Participation

6.3 Technical Issues

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cabjl platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses or gain advantages.

• Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform to gain an advantage (known as "game exploitation").
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing illegally obtained funds.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or helping them access the platform.
• Accessing another user's account using their login credentials.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other cybercriminal activity.
• Intentionally filing payment chargebacks.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the account will be immediately and permanently closed and deposited funds may be forfeited. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure
